I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and offered a nice view, and the overall facilities were satisfactory. My only disappointment was the delay in returning my security deposit. It took more than a month for the refund to be processed, which was much longer than expected and caused some inconvenience. Apart from that, my stay was pleasant, and I appreciated the comfort of the room and the hotel's location.

“Fair”
The coffee machine was not working, the toilet didn't flush well, the ironing board was broken, the soap and cream dispenser by the wash basin was broken

“Amazing views”
Great location, amazing views from the 20th floor, booked a room with parking space. Laundry room in the hotel, pool, gym. The biggest stars in the hotel were their staff- helpful and knowledgeable. Amazing

I loved Everything about the Holiday Inn. Staff were so kind and helpful and always smiling. Reception desk were Excellent in check in and willing to assist with anything. Charles and Jimmy were of Hreat help getting our luggage to and from the room. I will Definitely stay at this Fine Establishment the next time I'm San Francisco. I might add this Hotel is Excellent value for money. Thank you very much.
