I travelled from the airport by BART and the hotel is only a couple of minutes from the Civic Center/UN Plaza BART station. It couldn't have been easier to get to. I was able to get to the waterfront and Golden Gate Park without any issues travelling on public transport (BART and bus). All of the staff I met were friendly and welcoming.

The location is pretty scary Lots of homelessness and druggies everywhere It’s an awful area outside the hotel and it smells of urine and shite

The location was once good, but today the surroundings are completely degraded by dead walking people addicted to all kinds of drugs. Unfortunately, the area is no longer a choice.

The hotel lobby is nice and trendy. Shame the bar never seemed to be open. The room was generous, big wardrobe and airy.
