This is the worst place we've ever stayed. We supposedly had a Superior room booked, but they gave us the ugliest, dirtiest, most uncomfortable room, with a musty smell, no hot water, and other terrible things. Torn blankets and towels. My wife had to take allergy medication just to be able to sleep there. I think Booking.com should consider not offering this place as an option for anyone looking to relax or enjoy a vacation because they'll have a terrible time, just like we did.

“Renovations need to be made to the rooms. But wasn't my worst experience at a resort.”
Loved the VIP members side of the compound. Love the different pools and beaches we had access to.

“Treated like subhumans. Without water or easy access to water, we will not return.”
We loved the buffet and how happy and kind the staff was. We did some reservations at a few other restaurants and were treated as if we were a burden. We preferred the buffet because there we were treated nicely.
