The best location, rooms and the roof terace and of course parking possibility. Not to forget the kindnes of the stuff with a surpice cake in the morning for brithday including the happy birthday song :-)

“Wonderful stay, we’ll definitely be back”
Great position and a wonderful breakfast each morning. Brigitte, Alba, and Saila were so friendly, warm, and genuinely interested in our family history, as I was born here. We had such restful sleeps — we were always the last ones to breakfast! The strudel was amazing. Thank you for making our trip so special. We’d definitely love to come back!

“Perfect boutique hotel in charming town”
Lovely little hotel right in the centre of San Daniele, perfectly decorated, welcoming staff and comfortable, quiet rooms. We used the spa which was an indulgent and exclusive treat. The restaurant was also very good. Alba was really helpful with suggestions for a visit to Udine - we followed them all and had a lovely day. Udine well worth a visit BTW! Lots of places to eat and drink in San Daniele within a few minutes walk from the hotel. Stunning views from our room and a great roof terrace on top of the hotel

This hotel is really amazing. All modern and new, very confy and with great location!! There is a free public parking nearby. Staff is very kind and they treat you so well!! it is managed by its owners!! they make you feel like home! Restaurant is very good, you should try the prosciutto! breakfast is very complete. The best part is the terrace with the amazing view!!!! I will come back for sure. 100% reccomended

“Book the best !!”
The property location is amazing and the view from the roof top terrace is just incredible !!! The property is cutting edge modern but set in a very traditional historic building so the combination is terrific!! The team are just a delight , nothing was too much trouble and always a smile 😀!! We could not rate this hotel more , so comfortable (best bed ever) and cannot wait to return for longer. The hotel is not cheap but you get what you pay for as the quality is first rate , team , breakfast , facilities , and the really nice and swish wine bar and cafe !! All tremendous !! We loved San Daniele , such an interesting and historic hill top village with wonderful surroundings !!

“Perdect Place for a culinary Weekend Hideaway”
What a lovely place - great style in the rooms, a wonderful roof top with perfect aperitif-views and amazing food. Breakfast could need a little upgrade, but the rest is a perfect ten ! And the location could not get any better. Same as the attention of the staff!
