“You get what you pay for :)”

A family run business, we were made very welcome on arrival. The room had everything we needed, fridge, hair dryer, microwave although we chose to eat out while there. The location is on the edge of town which suited us as we were there for a relaxing holiday and didn't want to explore or take trips, a ten-minute downhill walk to the town and a $2 taxi ride back again was great.

The owner is such a great woman! After arriving she offered fresh water and bananas and tea! SO LOVELY :) It makes your trip better, believe me. we stayed one week and she also offered free breakfast twice and when we were leaving, she offered also banana with cheese. I LOVE THIS PLACE! We had fridge in the room and you can use kitchen when need - for hot water for tea. very nice place :) Its in the end of city, but its just 10 mins by walk to harbour! nothing bad - you can do sport a bit :))

Flor is a dream and meets what all the other reviews say about her. Super friendly and eager to be understood when you have limited Spanish! It's basic but clean and therefore very good value for money. It's relatively far out from the centre but everything is so small it's only max 15 mins walk.

What can i say about Flors house! It was a home from home! Flor is a genuine, kind and lovely host. She is helpful and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Flor even cooked is a local dish one evening and our goodbye breakfast was so yummy!! Flors house is a 10 minute walk from the port and you can either walk or get a taxi so location for us was perfect. Make sure to ask her for recommendations, taxis etc, she will take care of you without getting in your way. The bed was comfortable, aircon was great and you have a fridge in your room and can use Flors kitchen. She has a dog Barba who is so cute!! We loved it Thank you Flor for the stay, the conversation and the friendship. This was a really special experience for us xx

“Loving local family”

Like all the other reviews, Flor is amazing, super nice and she loves her island. We had a problem with a taxi driver and she immediately reported him. Her little helper Amelia is the cutest ever, willing to talk in English with you. I'm sorry we didn't have time to say hi to her. Flor woke up at 6am to say hi to us and she made sure we had a transfer to take the ferry . the location is good, far from the main street but safe. You are going to stay with a loving local family so don't be scared of the outside because you will feel part of the family.

The room was big and had a fridge as well which was a plus. Flor is a very nice host and assisted me with all my questions.

We liked how friendly Flor and her family were. The room was just what we needed and what we expected for the price that we paid. We felt able to ask questions if we needed any information and suggestions for tour booking was very helpful.

Flor is a very kind host, giving fruits every day and even making me free breakfast a few times! The room was great, spacious and very clean, hot shower, hair dryer, towel, AC, lots of storing space. It was also cleaned during my stay.

“Cheep, cheerful, lovely and quaint property”

Lovely, quaint place to stay. Great value for money. All the facilities are good and the bed is comfortable. Host is lovely and makes you feel very welcome. She also gave me dinner on the last night which was tasty.

Flor is the nicest person we’ve met on holiday! She helped us with what to say to the taxi to find the property, gave us phone numbers and recommendations for food & travel + when we got to the place she had some papaya and tangerines waiting for us! A home away from home 🫶🫶🫶

“Excellent private room on a budget”

Excellent little get away, and great value for money. I am a dirt cheep backpacker and this fit my budget, got s private room for me and a friend, private bathroom and fully serviced kitchen. Plus Flors daughter gave us soo much free fruit, clean water and on the final day cooked us breakfast.

Clean, close to town, and Flor and her mum were so beautiful and kind- they made breakfast for us on our second day and recommended places to go and taxi drivers etc

Flor and her family are nice people, caring about her guests. Some days there were little surprises by bringing fresh fruits and serving water at the beginning of the stay. We got good recommendations for restaurants and visits.

Bed was comfy, AC and WiFi was working well.
