This hotel is run by a lovely family and has been one of my best stays in Mexico so far. I arrived early on the first day at 7 am and was able to check in right away. From that point on, Eugenia and Gaston were extremely caring and helpful throughout my 5-day stay. I really liked the modern design of the hotel and room. It was very clean, and comfortable, and had everything needed for a great stay. The location is perfect, as it's just a short walk to the main attractions of the city. I should also mention that the hotel has excellent WiFi, and I was able to work from my room or the restaurant area and take Zoom calls with no problems. Breakfast was another highlight, as the chef was so nice and made a delicious breakfast! I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again the next time I am in San Cristobal.

Ixmukane was a great clean hotel situated very close to the city center. we enjoyed large room and the rustic facilities. The beds was comfortable and warm.

“Sleepless nights when it’s raining!”
The breakfast was fantastic, you were given a choice from a menu and coffee was included. The area where breakfast was served was lovely, the design and aesthetic was super cool. The room was clean and tidy and they offered it to be cleaned every day. Staff were good. Great location!
