“The ultimate place to stay, if you want to be in San Cris for just some days.”
My flight was delayed and very emotionally heavy for me; when I arrived at Casa del Alma, I felt immeditely cared for and pampered, was received with a welcome drink and my baggage was taken care of; breakfast was included, abundant and traditionally delicious; the staff was 24/7 kind, warm and always ready with tips and a helping hand. The attention to detail to my necessities and comfort was extraordinary. I highly recommend the hotel.

This is a lovely hotel with a special design. The room was very nice, El Secreto restaurant was great: excellent food, very nice staff. We enjoyed our stay there.

“Good and cosy hotel”
Big room in a beautifully decorated hotel. The breakfast is also one of the highlights in a proper restaurant serving actual dishes. The hotel is also about a 5 minutes walk away from the city center. We arrived late and couldn't speak Spanish, so one of the hotel employees even joined us in the car to guide us to the hotel parking lot.

“A perfect short stay - would heartily recommend this hotel”
Loved the huge room and its facilities. The bar and restaurant were excellent and really enjoyed a late night drink sitting round the fire pit. The location was perfect - just minutes from the main square and all the staff were professional and friendly. One of the staff was particularly helpful when we were not picked up for a tour we had booked, she rang our contact and explained in Spanish and we were picked up later on.

“Masterful blend of local style and luxury”
The room was wonderful, with a great marriage of modern design and tradition, creating an atmosphere that made the journey worth while. When I set foot in the hotel I felt comfortable and relaxed, exactly what I needed, and it got better and better. Lovely room, great bathroom, just exquisite. The lobby was inviting and luxurious, the staff was excellent.

The hotel location is perfect. The restaurant in the hotel is very nice too. The room is spacious and also has a balcony with green foliage. The furniture in the room is new, clean and well maintained. The rooms are well lit and there is enough lighting and air conditioning. Bathroom and shower is also very spacious and comfortable. The hotel staff are very courteous, give good advice, and help make fantastic arrangements for excursions and travels around town. Their suggestions for local shopping of fabrics, coffee, meals, etc were spot on!
