A perfect place, managed by the wonderful Olga. The apartment is modern, spotless, peaceful, spacious, and equipped with everything you could possibly need, with a breathtaking view right outside your window. The on-site restaurant is outstanding—truly at the level of a fine dining chef’s restaurant. We had dinner there and it was unforgettable; every single dish was bursting with flavor. Olga, the manager, welcomed us with a warm smile at three in the morning, and from that moment we knew we were in the best hands. She was always available, happy to help with tips about trips and places to visit, and she did it all with such kindness and genuine care. Olga’s personal touch made our stay not just enjoyable, but truly special. Thank you so much, Olga, for everything. We wholeheartedly recommend this place!

Location for hikes is great. I stayed just one day but would do more. The owner runs everything: hotel, farming, agriculture etc. Very kind and nice person to have a chat. You can see that people put their hearts in their job.

perfect base location to explore many hikes in the local area and not far from Ortisei, Tre Cime di Lavaredo, Lago di Braies etc. Beautiful accomodation, warm and cosy, delicious cheese and charcuterie board. well equipped kitchen for cooking in. Di dn't eat in the restaurant but coffee was excellent too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay. The apartment was lovely, clean, comfortable and equipped to a high standard. It is in a good location for the Dolomites. The ability to order from the extensive breakfast menu was a real treat.

Very comfortable, clean, nicely decorated apartment along the roadside in a hamlet about 1km outside San Cassiano. You can cook your own breakfast or choose what you like on a list and it will be brought to your room. There's is also a small restaurant which serves food from the farm.

Everything! The apartment, the rooms, the bathrooms, the facilities, the location, the view, ample car parking space. The hosts were very warm and hospitable. They gave us a tour when we checked in. The next day they even dropped a note at our door to check in if we wanted any breakfast since we were out till late the previous day.

The first thing one will remark at this apartment is the incredible design that incorporates wood furniture with modern elements. What makes the experience even more amazing is the cleanliness of the staying and the amazing view that it offers. The owners are very helpful and willing to guide us to have the best experiences.

🔥👍❤️😊The facility exceeded our expectations. We were on a ski trip with our granddaughter. Our apartment was very comfortable with a nice view overlooking the entire valley. The ski bus stop is right next to the house. A wonderfully designed room for storing skis: separate, very modern cabinets with heating for ski boots, closed with a card for the apartment. A delightful modern design of the restaurant with a terrace and very interesting glazing in the floor that allows you to watch children playing in the playroom without having to go down to it. Great and very friendly and willing to help hosts. Very tasty and varied breakfasts serving ecological products from this farm. There is an opportunity to purchase these products, which we gladly took advantage of. The yogurts are absolutely AWESOME. We are delighted with the trip and stay in this place. I recommend it 100%. We will return there with great pleasure. SIMPLY PERFECT 🔥👍❤️😊

Absolutely everything was perfect. The host went above and beyond to accommodate any request ( for example I brought almond milk with me and ask if they could make me a coffee with it). The room was exquisite, every minimal detail was perfect. The location is a 10. The breakfast amazing.

Bio Lüch Ruances was genuinely one of the best hotel experiences we have ever had. The building was gorgeous, the apartment had everything you could think of, it was exceptionally clean & the breakfast was amazing. The host also made all the difference, she was absolute brilliant and so, so attentive. We arrived late at night and it was raining - she reassured us about the weather, pointed us in the direction of a local restaurant & informed us of important opening/closing times for the cable car we were planning on visiting the following morning. The next day, she brought us a selection of different foods for breakfast. As this is a “farm stay” everything was freshly made, and we absolutely loved it. We’ve already recommended it to our friends & family, and they’re already looking at booking for next year. We will definitely be back to stay & check out the newly opened cafe ☺️
