“A gorgeous place”
The entire facility was charming and the staff were excellent. We also had lunch at Patagonia Restaurant and every fish was delicous. After we checked out, we had a small issue and the hotel management team handled it so well and promptly. The tour office inside the hotel was convenient too.

EVERYTHING. The breakfast, the whole vibe, the surrounding landscape, comfy beds, and the antique feeling. We visited with my parents who came all the way from Korea and it was an unforgettable experience overall. Would recommend 100%.

“Superb hotel and service”
An outstanding hotel in every aspect: rooms, spa, food, service, and location. The extensive gardens and various buildings provide many options to relax during the day. The hotel is very well located to undertake day trips. Absolutely excellent, and a special thank-you to the entire spa team for their exceptional service.

“Adequate due to the amazing setting. Food was disappointing apart from the meat.”
There was nothing wrong with the breakfast. There was a limited choice in the buffet. The coffee was mediocre. The breakfast suffered by being acceptable but there was nothing to get excited about. One expected something special. It was all rather basic. For instance the honey pots when opened produced honey that was just about acceptable but not great.

I really can’t find the words for this superb hotel. The views from everywhere are incredible, the grounds are like an enormous park on a golf course. Huge heated outdoor pool to just sit in. The building interior is like an enormous ski chalet with loads of atmosphere. We sat in the lounge at night. ordered bar food and drank beautiful wines. There is something for everyone at this hotel I just wished we could have stayed longer.

The rooms were very nice with nice view of the mountains. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The swimming pools were amazing. The travel consultants were very patient and helpful.
