Amazing experience, vibey hotel and incredibly attentive and helpful staff. Spa and pool services were also amazing. Really clean rooms and stunning views.

The position was perfect. Easy walking distance to town. The breakfast was very good and all staff in the dining room were friendly and very helpful

Bed was super comfortable, room views were simply amazing, spacious rooms, hotel has a beautiful layout, coffee was the best of the whole trip, and they offer an amazing breakfast. Food, overall, was great.

Room was clean and comfortable as was the bed. I loved the lakeside location with the great views and garden area. It is a 800m flat walk into the town center which I didn’t mind. The swimming pool is 15m long and is such a relaxing place…absolutely adored it and this was my main reason for choosing this hotel. Pool opens from 12 to 9pm. . The breakfast was excellent with a very good selection of food and some healthy options.

After two weeks in Patagonia we arrived to Cacinque Inacayal - the best hotel on our trip. The location is astonishing, on the lake, the facility includes heated pool, Jacuzzi, spa - excellent for vacation.

The property was in an excellent location, quiet and the facilities were excellent . I wasn’t well and we were able to relax and recuperate. The pool facility was excellent overlooking the lake with large glass windows that let in warmth and sunshine. We enjoyed playing table tennis and listening to the piano. The breakfast was fantastic.

Good points - location was great. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were great. Bad points - The Spa jacuzzi was out of action and had been for well over a month (confirmed by a member of staff). The main hotel is good but the rooms are very tired and desperately need refurbishment. The jacuzzi in our room also didn't work and we had problems with the door lock, both issues spoilt our celebratory day and after complaining, we were reluctantly offered a different room.

The location is great with parking lots, which is important for the location. Staff members are friendly. The food in the dining menu is excellent. We went three times and enjoyed it very much.
