Extremely helpful staff, great value for money

The staff were extremely helpful. Communication with Pablo via WhatsApp was excellent. He was friendly and super helpful, giving us great recommendations including his secret spot…you just need to ask if you stay there 🙂 we also had great service from the other receptionist (sorry I didn’t get his name) who was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, close to many trails in the area, the cirquito chico and a bike hire place. And it’s very quiet despite being located at a roundabout. Breakfast was good with great views of the lake. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi after a day of trekking. The sauna and steam room were switched off (you may need to ask for those at reception ) The room was very comfortable and clean. It would be nice to have a bar and outdoor seating especially in the summer. We really enjoyed staying at this hotel and would definitely recommend

Very much as described. Stayed there after 3 days in the mountains and was lovely and comfortable. Spa was great. Room very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent in lovely surroundings

Good location for our cycling and hiking activities and good access to bus route into town. Good communication with Pablo on reception ahead of arrival and during our stay.

The staff - wonderful and very helpful. The heated pool and jakoozi - perfect. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms were comfortable. The view is amazing.

I loved the view from my room, but it was superb on the 3rd floor, where the restaurant is located (and the breakfast is served). The breakfast was very good. The staff was very welcoming and nice, always happy to help me.

The location is right on Circuito Chico A lovely little hotel if you just need to bed and breakfast and use it as a base to tour the area. Not a place where you can spend time relaxing.

We loved the location, the view was spectacular and the bed was so comfortable!

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the Circuito Chico and accessing the chairlift. It is also reasonably close to the embarkation point for boats to the Isla de Victoria and the Arrayanes woods.

All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The massage was quite possibly one of the best I've ever had (and it was far from my first massage). Whilst "out of town" there is a lot to do if you like the outdoors and the true beauty of the area.

The staff is super friendly and professional. They are always available to help and very attentive to detail, The room is clean, modern, comfortable, and has incredible views, the hotel's location is amazing, far enough from the city to get more peace, but sufficiently close if you want to head into town (you will need a car).
