“Views which can't be matched!”
It is a beautiful hotel overlooking the lake. Our room was excellent. The hotel is kept very clean. Breakfast had a good variety of food, even hot chocolate on some mornings. We were given some gingerbread for Christmas which was a thoughtful gesture. We used the good sized pool and sauna daily - a lovely way to relax. All staff friendly.

“Awful person on check-in.”
Most staff are friendly and helpful but person on check-in couldn’t have been more dismissive or rude if he tried. Should find a job in avocation that suits such as collecting parking fines

Not much apart from the view. Which is a given in bariloche. This hotel is a definition of overrated, far from its 5 star rating. Breakfast, cleanliness and overall service are not up to standard.
