Collection of the keys was from the restaurant and the staff ( though busy) assisted us with check in and showed us our room. There was a fantastic welcome folder with all the information we could need.

We liked the on-site staff hospitality the apartment itself was well equipped and spacious for our family with 2 kids breakfast was very nice with lot to choose (you order the breakfast everyday to be delivered in the morning) location - excellent, with the mountain view and in the very cetner of the town

This is a truly beautiful property. Incredible views, central location, and located above a very fine restaurant. The apartment is decorated with intention and attention to detail. The kitchen is one of the most well-stocked I have ever come across in an aparthotel. Beautiful lighting throughout, lovely wood, very comfortable beds, and incredibly clean. Sitting on the balcony, looking up at the Dolomites the night before we began hiking the Alta Via 4...it was such a treat. However, where they go above and beyond is the service. We were beginning a week of hiking, but were continuing on traveling in Italy after the Dolomites, so had both a hiking pack and a rolling suitcase for each of us in our group. ATTO, through their relationship with their sister hotel, were able to organize a pick up, storage, and delivery of our rolling luggage from San Candido to Tai di Cadore for a great rate. They kept our bags safe, and they delivered them on time at the end of our hiking trail before getting onto the bus in Venice. This is a great value and a very unique space to stay in the Dolomites. Highly recommend, and will be returning!
