“Fabulous hotel”

A beautiful small hotel full of charm and everything well thought out. Lovely garden to relax in. Extremely close to town. Local market is literally on the doorstep. Bikes available to use during stay was great!

“Terrible experience”

When we arrived, the host was very kind and welcoming, which we truly appreciated. Unfortunately, things changed completely the moment we entered the room. The reality has absolutely nothing to do with the photos shown online. The pictures must have been taken many years ago, probably when the place first opened, because what we found was completely different: • old and visibly worn-out furniture, • everything looking shabby and poorly maintained, • a persistent stale smell in the room, • stained pillows, • cobwebs on the ceiling, • thick dust on every surface. The host did offer to clean the room after our arrival, but cleaning should have been done before guests arrive, not after. A proper, thorough cleaning was needed, as the room was in a state of complete disarray. In addition, the bathroom situation was unacceptable. From the photos we could not tell that the bathroom was only separated from the living/sleeping area by a partial wall that doesn’t reach the ceiling. There is no proper ventilation, and, in fact, the first thing you walk into when entering the “room” is the bathroom itself. This layout is extremely impractical and uncomfortable for any guest. I have photos documenting all of this. On top of that, the area was noisy, making the stay even more unpleasant. I contacted the host the very first evening and explained that we would stay only one night and then leave. We were, of course, willing to pay for that first night, but we asked for a refund of the remaining nights. The reply was that this was “not possible” because the booking was made through Booking.com – an excuse that makes little sense, considering the payment still goes to the property owner. In conclusion, while the host herself is friendly, the accommodation is far below any acceptable standard. The photos online are completely misleading, and the actual conditions are disappointing, worn-out, and unclean.

“Perfect.”

The owner kindly waited for us even though we arrived with a 3 hours of delay at 11 pm and met with us with all her charm, she even tried to find a place for us to have a bite at that hour. The rooms were beautifully decorated and charming, beds very comfortable and bathrooms made you feel as if you're in a palace. Bathroom items such as shampoos were also nice details. Every detail in this rental made it a very pleasant stay. Parking was very easy even though we were in the city center. San Benedetto del Tronto is a small city on the Adriatic coast with almost only local Italian tourists, not very foreign tourists-due to it's not easy accessibility, making this city even more charming for me as the quality of the food, especially on the beach-side restaurants, at any given time even in the summer everything is quality-price balanced and establishments are not chinese or indian owners-yet, like in Venezia, hope to keep it that way. This location-city is also beautiful with many beaches and night life especially in the summer. I can easily recommend staying in these apartments strongly, as it will give your holiday the comfort and upgraded luxury touch. Grazie e alla prossima!

Brilliant Location

“Would stay again and recommend”

The decor and ambience and location was fabulous. Our hostess was very helpful and friendly. Bicycles were also made available to us as part of our accommodation deal which was wonderful for a cycle along the esplanade.

The host reacted and solved all issues very quickly and professionally. The location was perfect. The cafe downstairs is the best nearby. The host organized private parking with reasonable price. The host gave an option to use the bikes for free.

If you want to sleep in the holiday i would not recomend it 2.the wc it s actualy in the room(separated from the bed with a transparent wall, you have no intimicy to the bathroom 3.i ve asked financial documents(invoice) they promised to give them, then i asked them several times they postponed them and after i left they never send them(even if i asked many times).
