This villa is gorgeous, much bigger than we expected and in a fantastic location. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay and Maria is a great host. She ensured we checked in smoothly and recommended some places nearby to visit. It is less than a minute from the beach to watch the gorgeous sunset and there is a super market right next door. It's a 10 minute along the beach to lots of restaurants and there is a taxi rank by the hotels if you fancy a trip elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again!

There is so much space for our group, the pool facilities were amazing. The garden area is so relaxed and so much space for activities. We weren’t expecting to have a ping pong table as-well as a badminton net. All pool floats were provided too which was great: everything is so well kept.

Maria was extremely responsive and very helpful with information and suggestions for our stay. She was available to help with anything we needed both in the run up and during our stay. Maria was kind enough to arrange some birthday treats and surprises for us, since our group was celebrating two birthdays while on the island- she is a wonderful host 😍. The Villa is large and well laid-out, with plenty of single beds, making it good for groups. The outdoor spaces are beautiful, and while the pool isn’t heated, we were still able to have a refreshing dip even in October! We had flexibility with a couple of sets of keys, and felt safe and secure with the locks and alarms, and also knowing we could easily reach Maria in case we needed anything. The location was perfect for us, just a few steps from the beach and local shops, walking distance to the likes of Cafe Mambo and a very short taxi ride from Pikes too! We would definitely recommend 👍

Maria was a great host, very patient and explained everything clearly at check-in (even how the keys worked 😊). The villa is much bigger than the photos suggest, we stayed just two of us, but it easily fits 10 people comfortably. The location is fantastic: beach is only 3 minutes away, several restaurants and off-licences nearby, a taxi stop within 3–4 minutes, sunset spots just 10–15 minutes, and even O Beach is walkable. The villa is comfortable, spacious, and perfectly placed for enjoying San Antonio.

Beautiful property, enormous plot of land with an amazing pool and outdoor entertainment area in the heart of San Antoni. The host was incredibly informative and friendly, Maria couldn’t have made our lives easier!

We absolutely loved every minute of our stay at Maria's beautiful home in Ibiza. We travelled as a family group with 3 young children. Very close to the local beach, supermarket and appropriate restaurants. A short walk into the centre of town for days and evenings out. A short drive to the most glorious beaches. Maria was a wonderful host and local guide - thank you!

The Villa was beautiful, and all we could have hoped for, the villa itself was very clean and had all we needed. The grounds and pool area were amazing. The hosts Maria and Jose were very friendly and helpful. The champagne on arrival was a lovely touch too, thank you, I would highly recommend this villa and hosts.

Everything was amazing in this villa! Maria and Jose are the nicest people you can meet. Beautiful villa, with amazing outdoor garden and pool, very clean and right in the center of Sant Antoni de Portmany. Made me want to return to Ibiza just to stay in this villa again

This is a beautiful villa in a great location, nestled among all the amenities in San Antonio. The four bedrooms are comfortable, it has two bathrooms and the kitchen had everything we needed. The garden is vast and fully enclosed, with plenty of loungers, a lovely dining area, bbq and a cosy, undercover seating area. The pool is great but was very cold - late October, I would expect that. There are also other outdoor seating areas on the balcony that wraps around the house. The hosts were wonderful - great communication, really helpful with great suggestions for places to eat etc. We arrived at the villa quite late, but nothing was too much for them and they had a bottle of fizz on ice for us. They let us check out later and booked our taxis to the airport for us. Thank you Maria and Jose, you are perfect hosts.
