The apartment was not as advertised on Booking.com - it was nothing like the pictures. Room keys were left in an unsecured place for us to collect on arrival. The apartment was dirty, the shower head was broken and there was mould all over the tiles. There was hair covering the bathroom walls and the mirror was old and scratched. There was blood on one of the duvets and stains all over the sofa. The work surfaces in the kitchen areas were disgusting, the coffee pot clearly had not been cleaned in a long time and neither had the glasses or cutlery. There was no dishcloth, tea towel or soap to wash these up with. The main front door to the apartment would not lock and the balcony door was broken and could only be secured by a flimsy latch. The kitchen table was dirty and so wobbly it could have collapsed at any moment. The reception staff could not understand the issues we were having and after staying for one night we had to move. As a family, we don’t mind basic accommodation but this was disgustingly dirty. All issues of which photos can be provided and have been provided to booking.com who opened an investigation.

Nice apartments, great location as near everything you want that side of town. OB, Cafe Mambo, Beach, Ibiza Rocks and lovely staff always polite and friendly who remember you also.

We were group of 6, end of September. Location is good, easy to get from airport on bus. It was calm, no noisy people. The staff was friendly and nice. It was all clean and comfortable. I would come back there again.

Staff were superb! Ice creams on arrival to make up for our cancelled flights. Nothing was too much for them, we had everything we needed, beach towels available, cleaning service was great, always tidy. Great location too just a few minutes walk from a supermarket and San Antoni.

“1st option in Ibiza”

It is really on of best accommodation option in Ibiza , the girl in reception is very kind and cooperative with all the residents. I believe she is one of the reasons for the success of this accommodation . The apartment was clean and have all equipments you need . I recommend to stay here

Half decent and good value for money for sure if you don’t want to go all out.

The accommodation had everything we needed. Swimming pool, private kitchen, free parking, great location for food and fun, grocery shops nearby, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much for them. Taxi rank opposite the hotel was very convenient. Swimming pool and area was great and fabulous bar service! Nothing more was needed for value. We got what we paid for and all with a smile ☺️
