Nice view over the roofs and to the sea. Big comfortable bed. Big room and bathroom. Good fridge. Very friendly staff.

I booked a room with one double bed and they put me in a room with two small single beds.There is no reception , as such in the hotel . a cleaning lady from Ukraine who does not speak, neither Croatian nor English is hosting guests. Her manager is 20 km from the hotel and does not pick up the phone when you call them.

“CRAP”
I actually didn’t stay in the Omanli Otel Because of an early morning flight I was too early for check in. And told I would have to wait about 2 hours! So went for walk on returning I was told there was no room available even after paying for the room which apparently I had already paid the night before with credit card to reserve the room on initial booking!!!! So was told they had another room for me in another hotel. Being very tired to argue and staying the one night agreed. The different hotel was ok the room more like a cell but put up with it for the one night. But actually more annoyed about paying twice,I was under the impression I was to pay at the hotel not get payment taken off credit card pre arrival. But fortunately Omanli otel reimbursed me.

Definitely lady on reception shouldn't work anymore. She laid us regarding currency euro to lira, after we said that its not real currency she said she won't gave us change... Absolutely not acceptable.

“I dont recommend staying in this hotel”
Location was good and it was pet friendly. Also, the lady at the front desk was nice and polite.
