Unique house in a local neighborhood

“A relaxing perfect base from which to explore Samos”

This was my wife and mine first retirement holiday away from teaching maths and what better island than where Pythagoras himself walked. It was a holiday we've both hankered so long for and we really had such an amazing time. Our stay at Angel Suites set the scene for a fabulous time. The suite was fantastic, stylish, comfortable, well equipped with everything we could need. The suite sits above the main port and the stroll into town provided us the chance to explore. Yes this is a town still overcoming the 2020 earthquake damage, rebuilding itself gradually, but at every turn there was a vibrant welcoming community who made every effort to make us feel welcome. From the local gym a few blocks down, to a quaint bistro Filo filo where the Greek music evening set the mood. Walking along the harbour to Welcome or up the step to Condo for spectacular views over the town. Exploring away from the town to Old Vathy and onto the world heritage site at Pythagorio, with so much to view and cuisine that at every turn was outstanding. Visits to old forts, to Pythagoras Cave and relaxing beaches thoughout the island made our visit extra special. To our host Angela at Angel Suites we reserve a very special thank you, the almond cookies were also a highlight.

Everything was very nice and very well thought out. There was everything you could possibly need. The room is really no different from what it looks like in the photos. Carefully furnished and with very tasteful lines. The wine left for the treat is also a very kind act.

It’s a beautiful apartment with everything you need. It’s beautfully decorated and Angela thought of all the details. Angela is a very nice host, and easy to communicate with.

The owner of the house Angela has a great hospitality and kindness. She has thought everthing that we may need in the house and done well-decorated the house. The house has a perfect sea view but unfortunetely you have to climb steep stairs to reach the location. Thanks to Angela, she has always helped us to carry our baby stroller and bags. She even gave us some local gifts. Thanks again for everything!

Angela was so welcoming and provided everything that we needed. She was also very kind and gave us gifts before we left. The place is nearby the Vathy Port that has a great location, which also comes with a great view. The stairs to the place can be a little challenging but it was worth it.

We were really pleased with our stay at the Angel’s Suites. It was beyond our expectations. A spacious and spotless place with peaceful and gracious atmosphere. It couldn’t have been better. Angela is a real angel. She is very efficient and friendly, made us feel very welcome. One thing we really enjoyed was having our breakfast and sunset dinner under the lemon tree. We will definitely go back and book this place again without hesitation.
