Large room, clean, bed ok. Small kitchen useful. Pleasant enough and likely great in summer. Good parking. Quiet at night.

“Very comfortable and well located for the village”

This hotel exactly met our needs with a large room and sunny terrace and an efficient lift which was important for the dogs as we were on the 3rd floor. We made little use of the other facilities but the bar was very cosy with an open fire and there is a field next to the hotel which the dogs enjoyed. The staff were very helpful and friendly and we will book there again.

Very clean and comfortable apartment! We have all wee need to cook. The water pool is warm and clean. Also the was a laundry what was very suitable for family with kids!

“Great location in Samoens”

Location just a few minutes walk into the village and bus stop outside to Grand Massif takes a few minutes. Lovely cosy authentic chalet style hotel. Log fire in reception. Nice little pool and Jacuzzi. Well set up for snowboarding/skiing with lockers in the basement.

Excellent peaceful location and easy 5 minute walk from the centre, but also very easy to reach by car. Great facilities and lovely authentic style.

Lovely lounge and bar where there was always a roaring fire. Enjoyed use of the indoor pool. Great after a days skiing. Easy walking distance into town.

“Charming and lovely stay”

Very nice hotel run by a family, comfortable, cosy and charming. Management and staff are very friendly and helping, bus stop in front of the hotel to get to the cabins, 10min on foot from the city centre, 15-20 min on foot from Carrefour (Supermarket). We’ll go back!

“Great small hotel at the edge of town”

Pretty, authentically styled accommodation. Good sized bedroom with hideaway kitchen (great idea!) We didn’t use the pool as busy skiing every day. However we used the bar/lounge area which was super cosy with an open fire. We ordered bakery items for our breakfast each day which we collected from reception. Stephanie on reception/bar deserves a special mention for her excellent service.

Lovely location and alpine feel. Room was well set up and the kitchen was welcome. Cute resident dog was a bonus.

Location was great, just a short walk from the ski bus stop and a 10 minute walk into the village. Facilities were good with ski lockers, a spa with sauna and hamman (extra cost). Staff cheerful and very accommodating

It was a calm, peaceful and very quiet stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was perfect location for getting the shuttle bus to the lifts. The pool was wonderful at the end of the day. It was warm and cosy and comfortable.

It’s perfectly situated and great value for money! The common area is cosy and the facilities are super with the pool and the spa! Make sure to book a massage!

“No idea where we stayed, but had a great holiday.”

The room was fine. Decent bed, decent space for 2. I would not go to the standard room with 4 even though there are 4 beds. Bathroom needs an upgrade.

The bakery service each morning was the best thing about this property. Also the bus stop for the ski bus was just down the road. The room was nice and rustic, and the kitchenette was quite well equipped (although some sharper knives and some salt & pepper would have been useful).
