Everything was perfect. We had an issue when arriving and got lost, meaning we were quite late to check-in but our host still greeted us with a smile and made sure we settled in well. The house is clean, the room is comfortable, it was a great experience.

Everything was great. Perfectly clean, nice rooms, nice open view, good coffee, good Italian breakfast. Fresh croissant, coffee, juice, jams, coffee, some little extras. I have been there last year and this year. Quiet area, yet you find everything you need.

Breakfast was nice with fresh brioche but nothing salted such as cheese or olives. Location was ok out of the city near the main road. The area was quite so not noisy in the morning
