“Be warned! Substandard facilities, malfunctioning toilet, Tamara wants you to bear the repair costs!”

Terrible would be an understatement of Tamara's behaviour. Tamara's handling of the blocked toilet in the room allocated to us for two nights from 26th Dec to 28th Dec was unprofessional and unethical. The room was Room 5 on the first level. The contents of the toilet could not be flushed down. The night manager had gloves on and with a suction pump at 9.45pm at night in the middle of the winter tried to clear the faeces floating in the toilet. All Tamara did on the phone was -" Did you put food in the toilet?", "Did you put tampons in the toilet?" ,"Did you use the shower?" (like what has the shower got to do with your clogged up toilet?).

The location was accessible by train which runs regularly to St Moritz Breakfast was included in the price and the food items are fresh and great selection of breads and croissants as well as fruits, cheeses and boiled eggs, great variety. It was the Christmas holidays so there were stollen and chocolates at the reception. There were 2 electric jugs and a selection of teas on the table in the common area on the first level for guests.

Lovely host at this beautiful hotel with a lovely interior mixing new and old. Location was great in the middle of Samedan. No loud traffic or neighbors to disturb the sleep

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff and very good location. The breakfast was also very tasty and they were kind enough to serve it early for us since we had to take an early train. Thank you very much! :)

Nice out of town location close but free of the St Moritz huddle.

We arrived on foot from the trails and were so happy to find our room quiet, cool, and the bed very comfortable. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. 10/10 for this place.

Beautiful comfortable and very clean apartment! Well located just near the station but very quiet. Also few minutes walk from the supermarket which was very handy. Lovely balcony with gorgeous view. Kitchen was great for preparing meals. Loved our stay here.

Close to station, great place , very clean , Tamara is a lovely host, very accommodating , she went out of her way to source vegan products for my breakfast. Grateful for all the helpful advice , definitely coming back to same place

Nice bed and breakfast, very friendly staff and with all you need to explore the region. We were happy staying there and not in St. Moritz that is more commercial. I found it perfect if you need a night after taking the glacier express.
