“Poor service at high price lets down excellent potential”

Though the hotel and facilities are excellent, they are over-priced, and let down by very poor staff service and attitude to customers. We were made to wait over half an hour to be shown our room at checkin, and at one point, even found stale bread in our dinner, which we had to return, without an apology. Serious training needed for staff, including the need to smile at customers and make them feel wanted!

The location is the best ,the staff was very slow In the breakfast time and they are not really able to communicate well with us , only one person Xaqani Mansimov was able to talk to me arabic he is the only person who mad my stay easy in the place and more comfortable

A location of incredible beauty. We booked a room with a balcony and lake view, it was a breathtaking experience. The place itself is very calm, ideal for relaxation. The room has an incredibly beautiful interior and is equipped with everything you need. A large space that you don’t want to leave at all. There are two restaurants with delicious food throughout the territory, one with meat menu and one with fish menu. Both are in a beautiful location, next to the lake. Overall our stay was wonderful and we would love to come back again. In addition to the restaurants, we visited the spa, where we swam in the pool and played ping pong.

Location and cottages are very good. The ambiance is amazing. They have a lot of stuff to do for teenagers as well as toddlers. So great for family stay. Kudos to Xaqani for all his support during stay.
