“Very relaxing stay ✨”

I loved everything about my stay. The location, the villa itself, the staff and the property was beautiful. I came for a week to get some work done in the quiet and it was exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t end up using the pool but regretted it upon leaving. The food there is also very tasty and the staff are all very lovely and accommodating. Thank you guys. Hope to see you again 🙏🏻✨

“Easy stop off”

This is the second time we have stayed here and it’s a perfect stop off on the way from Bangkok to the south or the other way around. Pet friendly enclosed villas with comfy beds and cooking facilities. We ate here too and it is such good value for money and the hosts and wonderful. Thanks for having us

Lovely, quiet bungalow, close to beaches, sea and amenities (you do need transport). Great pool, efficient, friendly, non- intrusive staff and a good all around feel. A few niggling things. Mattresses in both bedrooms were "gone" at the edges. The sofa in the lounge was uncomfortable; we were there for a month and this was an issue, but if only there a few nights would be ok. If these were sorted we could live here!

This villa is incredible. A clean and large private villa with great cooking facilities and a large fridge and tv. The hosts are so lovely and will do anything to help, and the food they cook is delicious. The pool is incredible, clean and well maintained and perfect for spending an afternoon with. 7-eleven is in walking distance, about 15mins away but it’s not on Google maps, however the hosts have a map in the villa of everything around. The beach is also very near and the hosts can drive you into Hua Hin as grabs could sometimes be a bit hard to get. I will definitely be staying here again!

Everything. We absolutely loved our 3 weeks here. Initially we booked for 2 weeks and we ended up staying for 3. The villas are big, very comfortable and are furnished to a good standard. The pool is also excellent and a great place to relax and unwind. There are scooters and push bikes available to rent on site for a good price. The resident dog Cho is very friendly and would often pop by for some treats. The family who manage the villas are also extremely friendly and were always on hand to help with anything we needed. We have already discussed returning for a month stay later in the year which tells you just how much we loved it here.

“Easy stopover”

Newly built villas with comfy beds and enclosed garden perfect for our toddler and our dog. We stopped off on our way back to Bangkok from Koh Tao and it was a perfect overnight stay. We had a car so it was easy for us to find and park and the next day we explored the local area. We will definately be back again thank you for having us

Modern villas, 2 bedrooms each with double bed as we were a couple plus a relative. Good kitchen so could make own meals to our taste, which was great. Great location central to the dispersed attractions we visited. Excellent pool, ideal for lap swimming. Local beach looks nice (but sea is not clear in peak rainy season ). Could stay a week or more and be very comfortable.

Basically furnished but comfortable enough. Ideally located for visiting all the attractions offered around Sam Roi Yot NP, though transport essential. Fortunately the villa has bicycles, scooters and even a car available for rent on the premises. Also on offer is a laundry service as well as a small menu for breakfasts and supper. The pool area is lovely and the whole site very well cared for. An excellent choice and remarkable value for money.

The location is great being about a 20 munute walk to the nearest beach and 15 to the nearest shop. There is also a very good fish restaurant 5 minutes away. Due to its location motor transport would be an advantage however the property does have motor scooters for hire. The hosts were increadably helpful.

It's nice accomodation with AC, you can cook yourself, if you need, but you can ask for home made food at your home your host,it was very tasty. There are bicycles, some of them need to be repaired or they already are. It's great beautiful area for cycling. At this accomodation you have everything you need. There are as well motorcycles to be rent, we preferred bicycles. And the pool was great. Maybe it's little bit to much to see inside from outside, but it's ok, can be made. And there are everywhere nets! On windows, doors. They are not many mosquitos, but one can make your night sleepless. The hosts are very helpful and nice. They can ride you where you need or pick up somewhere ( like taxi)

Everything! Best spot to relax and recharge with few people around. Quiet but with shops not too far away if you need anything. Booked 5 nights but stayed for 7 Also a decent place to base yourself if you want to visit the various caves and beaches in the area. Owners and staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, I especially appreciated the help they gave me booking a bus to ko phangan, saved me a bit of a headache

The house was new and clean. Quiet and beautiful place. Perfect !

We had an great stay at S&F Villa. The resort manager was super friendly and helpful, making our time there amazing. The villas were comfy and had a nice little garden in the front, great for a barbecue. There's a nice big swimming pool to enjoy in after a day of hiking at the national park nearby. The resort's location is a bit out of the way, but that worked for us. They had bikes for rent at the resort, so we used them to check out the area and grab a bite at some traditional restaurant by the sea. I didn't have any problems with the Wi-Fi, and it was actually one of the best I've had in a hotel while traveling in Thailand. Totally worth it for the price. I'd be happy to go back!
