Booked this place specifically for the hottub. The hottub had no force in the hydromassage jets so I asked to change rooms. This time there was no hot water, so I didn't even get to see if the jets worked. Customer service was awful. Wouldn't let me leave my things for a few hours on checkout day despite being at least 50% vacant for my entire stay, and certainly would have remained 90% vacant during the time I needed to leave my things. I am someone who understands when things don't go perfectly as planned, so I don't hold that against a property, buy how they respond to issues says a lot about how much they value their customers. This place clearly does not value it's customers at all. i don't recommend it.
