“Pros and Cons, great people and location”

In a nice classic area of Salvador and accommodating to our late check in. Also provide a good breakfast which given the price was a nice bonus!

The staff were polite and helpful, the B&B is in a great location and the breakfast was surprisingly really good, lots of fruit choices, bread, cakes, cooked bananas( typical from Bahia) scrambled eggs, tea, juice and coffee.

We had the best time, the location was excellent - lots of restaurants, bars and stores around, in one of the most beautiful areas of Salvador de Bahía Newton was the best, it was incredible to talk about everything, he made us feel like home The breakfast was incredible, homemade and in a beautiful terrace Definitely looking forward to come back! The location is incredible, the view is breathtaking, the breakfast is so various and yummy and the owner us such a nice, helpful person. I loved to stay here. When I came back and they didn’t have a room left they gave me an apartment a couple of meters down the road and we could still have breakfast at the Pousada. Thank you so much for this beautiful experience.

“Lovely stay in Salvador”
We loved our stay at Vila Carmo - mr. Nilton is just the kindest, warmest owner ever, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, varied and abundant, the location was perfect and the view from the terrace is spectacular.

“Absolutely amazing place in Salvador”
Amazing breakfast with variety of fruits, fresh eggs, and baked goods (bread and cake and such) on a nice veranda with a view of the ocean. The staff here is incredible The building is old and charming, I was surprised with how nice the room was especially it being for 4 people and only 31 usd per night. Everything was clean and I was so happy with my night here I tried to extend my trip! Unfortunately, I couldn’t move my flights. The staff also gave spectacular recommendations. Some of the best food is within walking distance.
