The location and staff were both fabulous. Right in Pelourunho. All staff were friendly, Reception staff were so helpful and spoke good English. As a solo traveller, they helped me feel safe. Good recommendations for things to do. Great walking tour with Pedro. Hotel was stylish and very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful.

wooden/artifacts througout the hotel and room. Staff were very accommodating. Great advice where to go and what to see from staff. Great bar staff. Had a massage... really enjoyed it and she was very professional.
