“Not good”
Cleanliness was not good, dust and bottle caps under the bed have been there a long time, long black hair in bathroom and bedroom not cleaned floor properly , TV did not have louder sound it was too low and reception not good,

“Good location, but a number of issues.”
Loved the location. Also the entrance with staircase and stained glass window. The feeling of history about the hotel was also positive, though it needs a lot of TLC.

“Downtown hotel with pluses and minuses.”
Very clean room. Just like my mother would expect. Very comfortable bed.. really surprised about the bed being firm but soft enough.

“Good value in the heart of Saltillo”
Very good looking courtyard, nice staff who were willing to work through the language barrier. Excellent central location. Nice raised ceiling in my room. Relatively quiet as there were few guests staying there. Free gated parking with a watchman.
