“Basic but convenient stay in an old building”

The location is very convenient and I guess good value for money. Everything is a walking distance. Breakfast is basic and is heavy on bread with jam. The cat is sweet and fluffy.

The house is beautiful and exceptionally well located just a few blocks from the main square. The bed was super comfortable, and the hosts were very friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Great B&B right in the heart of Salta, set in a really interesting building with lots of charm and character. The rooms are comfortable, and the atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming.

Although in the centre of Salta, it is very peaceful. The room was clean and spacious and the staff friendly.

loved this place! It’s very calm and peaceful, yet just a short walk from the center. My room with a private bath was spacious, and the antique furniture was beautiful — the same goes for the living room and breakfast area. It truly felt like home, and I was sad to leave. The host was extremely friendly and always prepared breakfast early when I had morning tours. There’s also a lovely cat named Jujuy who adds to the charm. I would definitely recommend this place and hope to come back one day!

A typical Argentinean house, basic but with everything you need; keep in mind that you won't spend much time in your room in Salta!. The atmosphere is friendly and the hosts are very friendly, helpful and always available. The house is very close to the city center, near the main bus terminal and 25 minutes away from the railway station, the meeting point of the official tren de nubes excursion. Breakfast is in argentinian style , it is possible to ask for early breakfast (very useful, since tours in general starts at 7am). Salta is a wonderful region, with many places to visit. I recommend to stay at least 4 full days. I got a late checkout with a small extra charge.

Great accommodation, close to the main sites. A lovely room with some nice antique furniture and a very comfy bed and pillows. Lovely breakfast!

“Super Salta”

The guest house is very close to the central square so it's easy to navigate. David is quite often away on business but his son will fill in in that eventuality. They are both very nice and helpful. The ambience is old fashioned colonial with a mix of age ranges . It's very quiet and there's a nice garden and a lovely little maturing kitten that's very sweet. It's very clean and plenty of hot water is available. The only slight criticism is the breakfast could be slightly more expansive or items rotated although fairly typical for Argentina.

Very cute boutique style accommodation and well maintained. The facilities were clean with hot shower always.

Very friendly and welcoming staff - they waited for me with a very late check in as I arrived delayed. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Unfortunately I stayed there one night but I’d definitely stayed there longer!

Beautiful property! Had use of kitchen and fridge, garden area out back and a good size private room. Perfect location to access the town, the gondala is nearby also. Breakfast was common B&B offering in Argentina, bread and tea/coffee etc.

The location. I was lucky to meet the owner Silky. She and David who seems to be in charge of the show and Natalia and Rosa, they all made me feel at home. I had become seriously ill. So i had to extend my stay and recover before resuming my journey. I also met some of the other lodgers which was fun.
