“Contactless service at its worst.”
Told we could have access to the WiFi ahead of time and use lockers which was perfect for us as we were arriving very early. On arrival the WiFi did not work and they did not provide the key safe code for the lockers. With every question you raise they just send a template message back which is vaguely related to but doesn't answer your question. Eventually checked into a room without the advertised furniture and a broken stove. Tried to raise this issue and was sent a YouTube video of how to operate a completely different stove to the one that was broken like I'd never seen an induction hob before. Also the pool was filthy. This score would be lower if it wasn't for the guy (I assume the manager) who actually bothered to come out of the office to help us change rooms and sort our luggage rather than just sending us stock messages. I'm all for contactless check ins but only when it works.

“Nice place to stay”
It was just like in the pictures, very modern and clean. Enough space for our bags and to walk inside. Very comfortable and quite big bed. Communication was excellent, we received the check in details before arriving and it was easy to get into the building and the apartment despite no physical staff available. When we had a question the response time through WhatsApp was quick as well. Safe neighborhood and quick cab drive to the city centre.

“Excellent place to stay in Salta”
Excellent place to stay, with a great money/value ratio. Everything was super clean, and the kitchen was well furnished. The swimming pool was a welcome addition during warm days!

New apartments with all utilities. Air conditioned, small kitchen (but fully functional), comfortable bed and spacious terrace. The building also has gym and pool. Very worth the money. I would repeat 100%.

Excellent value for money. Nice location, short walk to the centre. Pool and outdoor area great with well equipped gym with free weights. Apartment very modern clean and tidy. We would have stayed much longer. Thanks!!
