A pleasant place overall, but the service experience was disappointing. Access required an entry code, which was not communicated in advance. Upon arrival, we found no representative on site and were left outside without being able to enter. We were fortunate that someone happened to leave the building and allowed us inside. Only later did we realize it was an apartment building and we had never received the entry code. The instructions indicated that our room was number 21, but after waiting and relying on the help of a cleaner to enter, we discovered an hour later that we had actually been assigned to a different room. Checkout was also problematic. On the morning of departure, during a heavy thunderstorm, we sent a WhatsApp message requesting a short extension of the checkout time. We received no response until nearly an hour after leaving in the pouring rain, by which point we were already on our way elsewhere. The reply simply informed us that a late checkout was not possible. In summary: a nice property with very mediocre and unresponsive service
