“Outhouse with a fancy name”
Property has a fancy name but is basically an outhouse that has been furnished and being let out. Guess it is perfect for someone who enjoys the rural quiet in the middle of nowhere. The internet was good. Breakfast was very basic.... bread, jam, butter, juice and tea served in the room. Bathroom was funky... it is located in the open passage between the bedroom and the kitchen with a shower curtain for privacy and the door locks don't work. One jarring note at the end was when the hostesses knocked on the door at 10:43 in the morning, and her exact words were, "You have to leave. I have work.." After recovering from the initial shock of the statement, I informed her that I was just finishing packing. When she repeated the statement, I informed her that the rental is till 1100 and that I would ensure that I left before that. Not sure what her hurry or compulsions were... but I feel she should have waited till 1100 and if the guest had not left by 1100 only then attempted to do what she did. In the hospitality business this would be considered rude behaviour... and I should know having stayed in a couple of hundred hotels in dozens of countries across the world.
