Very easy cottage, bunk bed, two chairs, a table and a great stove with all the firewood you need. And all that right at the hiking start point. Perfekt!

10meters from begining of trail Breakfast is huge Cabin is confortable Keeper is really friendly and good advisor. (You were right about weather condition with rain 4 drops day next to campground oulangan) Shower available for free. Great to be fresh for hiking day

Amazing place in the middle of nowhere, Salla. We spent two nights in a brand new cabin up a gentle slope with a breathtaking view. On site, Keijo welcomed us so warmly, assisted us in all our plans and gave us many insights about the region and future travel possibilities. Yes, we will return here for more! From the Karhunkierros center, there are so many hiking -aside other outdoor activities- options, which Keijo gladly shared with us. We came to spend two nights in a busy schedule of travelling 20 days through Finland, and came to complete rest in this place. Stress and a rushed feeling are not go be found here in Salla. This is the perfect place for discovering nature, getting oxygen and vitamins, rewilding and resourcing. Thank you Keijo for making our stay even more memorable! We left a part of our hearts here!

“Cute cabin”
Cute and cozy cabin. Nice to stay in a national park. The cabin was very clean and the stove was great. As long as you are ready for no electricity/light/ water then it really is great. Check in was easy and staff answered all our messages quickly and were very helpful
