It was clean, modern. In apartment was everything you need.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful — the property is superb, very elegant, and extremely well equipped. When we arrived, the owner personally welcomed us and gave us a tour of the house. We were greeted with a lovely welcome gift of wine and fresh fruit, which immediately made us feel at home. The house had everything you could possibly need (and more): a first-aid kit, sewing kit, plenty of kitchen appliances, basic spices — everything was thoughtfully provided. The place was spotless, beautifully arranged, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. The owner was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available, answering all our questions promptly. On the morning of our departure, he even arranged a taxi for us, which made everything stress-free. Overall, our entire experience was amazing. We felt truly taken care of and comfortable throughout our stay. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Gran Canaria.

Spotlessly clean. Seafront. Fruit basket, bottle of water and bottle of wine upon arrival. Bakery across the street. The host waited for us inspite of our late arrival for check in.

The location was great and strategic to visit the entire island. The flat was well equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay (including for babies or small children). The host was very kind and responsive. The parking was a bit of a gamble, but you could always find something within a 5-10min walk.

The apartment was beautiful, with clean and comfortable rooms. It was even better than expected. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice place for a peaceful getaway - beach around the corner, kitchen facilities, shop 4 minutes. Host is warm, responsive and helpful.

“Really excellent apartment and good position for walks and promenades”

Really well-equipped apartment which had everything I needed. I also appreciated the bottle of wine and fruit on arrival. I cannot fault the size of the apartment nor the equipment and appliances. There is an excellent coffee shop right opposite and the Spar supermarket is a 5 minute walk away. The hist arranged for an airport taxi at 0600 on departure day (a Sunday) which was exactly on time.

The property was spotless! Tidy and presentable. Even had a free bottled water, complimentary wine that we enjoyed so much and fruits as well. 3-5mins walk to a grocery store and 10mins walk to go restaurants with fresh seafood. What a great experience!

Localization is perfect, once you go outside you directly see the ocean. Place is very clean and comfortable , owner takes care of each detail. He’s also very welcoming, and responds fast for all the messages😉 don’t hesitate and book this place!
