“Great facilities and room except for the non-working elevator”
Nice facilities, clean, friendly people - unfortunately the elevator wasn't working and they told me this after I checked in and received a third story room. Of course as a business traveler I have a lot of gear so that was inconvenient having to lug all that gear up two stories.

breakfast was good, except the breaded chicken was odd. The EV charger worked perfectly. Room was well appointed & clean. The lady at check in was great.

Nice design and finish for the Lucy and building. Rooms were very clean and roomy. Bathrooms were clean.

“Wouldn’t stay again.”
We were informed at check in that breakfast ends at 10am. When we arrived at 9:35 there were no eggs, no sausage, no waffle mix, no fruit. I asked the woman working there (Cindy) if she could refill and was told they stop at a certain point bc it’ll just go to waste. But there was 25 mins left and approx 3 -4 families waiting for food. No manager on premise. So we had to pick up breakfast elsewhere. Terrible service. Terrible attitude.
