“Excellent property but not maintained”

Great view to marina, Mohammed VI tower, new concert hall. High ceilings, spacious. Could be fantastic, if maintained.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment 😊 The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. We would especially like to thank Youssra and Taib — both are extremely kind, friendly, and always happy to help. They made us feel very welcome from the beginning. We highly recommend this accommodation and would gladly stay here again!

The apartment was absolutely amazing – very clean, modern, and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, extremely close to everything you need, which made getting around very easy. The building felt very safe and secure, which gave us great peace of mind. Special thanks to the host Youssra, who was incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional. She made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable.

Very spacious apartments with 2 bathroom and toilets, Two balconies Lift and only three apartments to a floor Air conditioning, Internet, TV, kitchen with microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, washing machine and utensils. Beautiful view of Rabat and old medina Hasan tower. Peaceful area of sale marina, breakfast included but some drive to their own restaurant

Great location close to the river boat that takes you to the old town. This means the room is 10 minutes from the major attractions on the souk, but also far enough away from the noise and action that you can relax in silence. Safe neighbourhood. Clean modern apartment.

The apartment is close to the Marina and not far from the Tram and Train station. Its also near the beach. The Medina is also close so the location is really really good. Lots of security everywhere to get to the apartment so it is a safe area.

Location and car parking

Location is great with restaurants and supermarket 5 mins walk away. Boat to rabat is also 5-10 mins walk. Friendly staff

For a two bedroom apartment the property was very spacious. The view over the marina was beautiful.

Lovely spacious apartment. Great location. Only downside for the price no cleaner on any day and no emptying of bins unless it is booked for a week or more.

Location of the property is nice :) a lot of restaurants around, close to the river you can take the boat to Rabat. Apartment is really big, big terrace.
