A cozy B&B with a fantastic breakfast and really friendly owners. A beautiful garden with view of the lake in walking distance of the town centre and ferry stop to Monte Isola. Great parking on the grounds. We were also able to check in early, which was really nice. The room was spacious with a big, comfortable bed.

A very lovely place, perfectly located close to the river and just a short walk from the ferry to Monte Isola. The view from the property is fantastic. Parking is available inside the villa, making it a safe option for those traveling by car or motorbike. The hostess is incredibly sweet and helpful, and the breakfast is amazing, featuring delicious local products. Highly recommended for a relaxing and authentic stay!!

“Great value”

Daniela the owner is a lovely , helpful lady who does a magnificent job running the B&B . Great spot opposite the lake . Close walk to ferry that takes you to Mont' Isola . Great room , nice comfortable bed, good shower and secure parking on the property behind a locked gate . Daniela also does a great breakfast which is a great way to start the day . Only draw back is train runs right behind the property . You only hear it between 5.30am and 10.30pm and it isn't loud at all ...didn't disturb our sleep . Would definitely stay again if around Lago D'Iseo . Make sure you see Baia del Bogn if visiting . Awesome .

“Amazing B and fabulous Breakfast”

It was great accommodation Bn B. Very close to train station and lake and restaurants. All easy walking distance. Absolutely amazing breakfast - best ever. The host is very helpful and takes pride in cleanliness. Very highly recommended and we will definitely return.

Lovely Room, big and Clean and well maintained. It is a short 2 min walk to the lake.

Excellent breakfast and very friendly, helpful and kind owners. We have had a warm welcome, the owners communicate in italian and english. Everything was very clean with daily room service. And it's a good location to explore the Iseo lake by car, bike or with one of the ferries.

A lovely place to stay, a 2-minute walk from the lake. Close (short drive) to many attractions located around the lake. The breakfast is fresh and satisfying There is private parking, the garden and yard are clean and well maintained.

I chose this villa because of the reviews and I'm happy that I did. Honestly, it looks so much better in reality than it does in photos! Location is great, beautiful view, close to the beach. Great breakfast. The host is very friendly. I loved the perfect cleanliness.
