My family and I stayed in the Executive Suite at The Plaza Hotel & Resort and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were incredibly clean, spacious, and very affordable. I was particularly impressed by the generous in-room amenities, which included everything from toothbrushes and loofahs to shaving kits. The location is excellent, with a great variety of nice restaurants and cafes right in the plaza. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the breakfast buffet had a solid selection. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Salalah!

They have private beach but it not open for family, as I called reception for the private beach access they said ,it is just for group "european", this is not at all acceptable policy of the hotel but when I raised the issue they said you can go...not good for family point of view ,if you see facility of private beach even

Spacious, clean and quiet

“4 Star hotel”

It is a clean and big Hotel. A lot of cafes. Nice and friendly stuff.

Although a 4 star hotel it does have all the facilities of a 5 star one. The staff were so wonderful. Yoshid at reception welcomed us with his big smile and was very helpful with every enquiry. Yaossin in the breakfast restaurant was very professional, generous and helpful. The hotel opens into a big garden at the back with seating and a play area for children which was really amazing. There were lots of shops along the building on the ground floor including restaurants. Opposite the hotel were lots of little shops and across the main roads there was the massive shop Belows which was very interesting. It was close to other malls too if you like walking or it's just 1.1 Omani Riyal by taxi which is easily available on the Otaxi App. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff who were absolutely wonderful.

Do you expect more from life? You need else? You make it wrong so far. What the hotel offers in terms of friendship and hospitality you can not get elsewhere. Second trip done in this hotel, my Friends, we are planning and organizing our 3rd trip to Oman. Not to mention we plan to stay in your accomodation again. We personally would like to thank to Ismail from the reception, Marwan the chief chef of omlette and pancakes, and Manager Shibu who were always kind, supportive and helpful. Location the parking space underground the spacious room maybe two spacious higher floor quiet place being in the higher floor, having mentioned the great location in Oman you need a car to go any place anywhere he can’t be without a vehicle

This is an amazing resort hotel with most amenities and extras on location including a pizzeria. There's also a number of chic shops to indulge in a lovely setting.

I loved the space, the amenities for a family of 4 when booking the executive room. Private parking area and location. The breakfast was top notch.
