“Amazing and very well looked after!”

The hotel was amazing and the location was incredible, you have salalah gardens mall just in front and a beautiful water fountain with cafes. The staff were so accommodating and always were so hospitable and they looked after us, and made a point to make us and our 6 month old son feel very special and looked after! The waiter Ahmed was very attentive and would even look after him whilst we ate breakfast! And the receptionists and cleaners would be very helpful and prompt when we needed it. And the pool attendant Irfan looked after us very well and he was very helpful

The staff was friendly, especially shout out to Fatima from front office. She made sure we were happy and accommodated our family in connected rooms upon request. The place is clean and comfortable only the breakfast could have been better

“Mr. Nasser Made Our Stay Memorable Despite the Downsides”

My stay at Salalah Garden Hotel had a mix of positives and areas that could be improved. The hotel’s location is excellent, right next to Salalah Gardens Mall and close to the Chinese Village Market, which makes shopping and dining very convenient. Despite some inconveniences, our stay was made remarkable thanks to Mr. Nasser. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help truly stood out. He handled everything with genuine care, and because of his exceptional service, we were able to overlook the negative aspects of the stay. Staff members like him make a real difference.

“Outstanding in every way”

Exceptional in every way. Outstanding old school service that you do not get in Europe even in 5 star properties. Last time I had this kind of service was in London Savoy in the 90s and I travel at least once a month. Wonderful staff: Julie Ann, Kamrun, Nasar, a tall gentleman working in room service and in the restaurant, Fatima at the reception. All of them exceptional. Attention to small details, housekeeping 10 out of 10, facilities, breakfast, room service menù. Bravo to the management for outstanding training and consistency in everything. I would come back tomorrow. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Honestly one of the best hotels we've been at. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud, Ms. Jawara and Ms. Fatima for their warm welcoming and generous service! They all helped turn our stay with out baby into a very delightful and comfy one, especially after the upgrade! Will definitely consider them on our next trip to Salalah

The hotel is located at a very convenient central location of the city and attached to the Salalah gardens mall where nice coffeeshops and restaurants are available. The staff were very friendly and the services provided are top notch. There were also plenty of parking space for my rented vehicle.
