My first experience with the hotel reception was amazing, mr. hamada at the reception was a gem of a person, he offer us a sofa cum bed extra without any cost. i booked a family king room with aqua park & Ocean view. The views were great.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The views were absolutely stunning, especially overlooking the marina, which added a really relaxing and scenic touch to the whole experience. The hotel itself was spotless—everything was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The facilities were amazing, offering everything you could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. One of the highlights was the great choice of restaurants along the marina—plenty of variety and all within easy reach. The food we had was consistently good, with something for everyone. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made a big difference and added a personal touch to our stay. Although the hotel is located about 30 to 45 minutes from the airport, we actually appreciated being a bit removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. It made for a much more peaceful and enjoyable atmosphere.

At the time of our stay there was only a handful of guests, so it was a very pleasant experience. Room, food, beach areas, & pool areas were all good. Discounted half-board option. Staff were friendly & helpful. We used their airport transfer & it worked well. Location was very quiet, as the other hotels on the complex were closed.

Abdallah at reception was amazing – very helpful and kind, easily the best among all staff I interacted with. Dev from Cocos Bar was also friendly and helpful. Overall, excellent value for money. The pool and beach setting are beautiful, and the rooms were very clean and well maintained.

The resort is great, there are different places to dine and the beach is wonderful. Youre well looked after as the staff is very helpful and there are many activities like dolphin watching. We really enjoyed it. We had a huge apartment with a washing machine and kitchen.
