The suite we had was beautifully appointed with a great balcony overlooking the pool, gardens and sea. The gym and outdoor jacuzzi were super, really well equipped.

1- The beach location was incredible. 2- The wide area of the location of the hotel was perfect and wonderful to walk around 3- The food was perfect through the day. 4- The staff of the hotel were so kind and very helpful, strongly I would appreciate the assistance of the front desk and a labor staff named Ariful. 5- I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends as a wonderful place to stay during the season of Salalah as I will repeat my stay in this hotel in the future.

All were ok,

The first thing that stands out is the friendly staff - polite and nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best we’ve encountered. We were even given a very late check out of 4pm as our flight was a night time one. The location is beautiful: white sandy beaches and clear blue sea. The food was good and plentiful and the hotel and surroundings were clean and well kept. A very enjoyable stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Crowne Plaza Salalah. The breakfast was very rich and varied, offering plenty of choices to start the day well. The beach was beautiful and conveniently close, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Both the hotel and the room were clean and well maintained, contributing to a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our visit, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and pleasant. The selection of restaurants was good and varied, providing enjoyable dining options during our stay.

The grounds and pools are well kept and the beach is clean. Good location and beds are comfy, breakfast was OK.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The hotel is very clean. The food is very good. The location is excellent as it is close to everything. I advise whoever wants to visit Salalah to choose Crowne Plaza Resort Salalah.

The hotel is located right on the beach, nice green area around, the pools were nice, very friendly and welcoming staff, the buffet food was amazingly delicious. There is room service with reasonable prices. The beach is sandy, very clean, it wasn't crowded, also around the pools were spacious.

Comfortable bedroom with sea view although a balcony would have been nice. Assumed all rooms had balconies. Location right on the beach was wonderful. The two restaurants at the sea front were lovely. Great food and service. Swimming pools were great. Reception staff very accommodating with check out.

Standard low. Room very noisy due to generators under it. Twin bed room given instead of kingsize bed booked; one bedside table only . Food of poor quality.
