Mould in bathroom, ceiling and walls, sewage smell. Beds hard and springy. Only one room key. No transfers or breakfast included. Staff seemed disconnected and lacked enthusiasm. Property is very tired and in need of a renovation.

Great resort 2 min walk to beach so relaxing all staff were very friendly and lovely nice little restaurant nice food 100%would recommend second time staying here and definitely will be returning

Pool area was the bomb. 3 connected pools with various depths right in front of the sea. Haad Salad right next door with various beachside restaurants lined up. The clerk was very helpful to change our rooms as we firstly got rooms not easily reachable with stroller. Would come back 🙂

Very nice view on the sea and very quiet place. I appreciated the pool and the location was very beautiful and also well-kept. With a rented scooter you can easily overcome the difficulty of the position on the hill. The reception very available and nice. They allowed me to rent a scooter which was a good thing since you need to give the your passport as guarantee and it always better to give such an important document to your hotel instead of a random rental shop on the road.

The pools were amazing, the location at the end of the beach meant it was quieter, the pond and trees were lovely. The massage was amazing. The breakfast and drinks and staff were very good and the cleanliness around the resort was excellent.

Hilltop bungalow views are priceless.

Everything perfect

I realized within a minute (just one minute) that I had mistakenly booked a different date, called the hotel, and explained my mistake and that the dates were different, but the other dates weren't available. I then asked them to cancel my reservation, suggesting they charge a cancellation fee as it would be fair. I even offered to pay 50% when I sensed they would make things difficult. They said they would ask the hotel owner, but then never called back. I politely explained the situation in messages and waited until the next day! The next day, they stalled again, didn't answer my calls, and didn't even reply to my messages. On the third day, they told me they wouldn't refund anything and would keep the full 7-day payment. Oh wait, they refunded 170 bht out of the approximately 25,000 bht payment. I called them just one minute later and explained the situation; I didn't cause them any harm. Their unfairness is the biggest negative factor in our holiday and our experience in Thailand.

Property is in a good location, lots of restaurants and shops close by. Swimming pool was good & the hotel is right on the beach. Rooms are clean & they are cleaned every day. Staff are lovely!
