“Wonderful villa in a tranquil but beautiful area”
Absolutely fantastic, we were in a search for accommodation between Firenze and Milan and this was everything we wanted and needed. We were greeted by the host who even was so kind to tell us about a street food festival happening the same day. Beautiful villa in a tranquil area. Nice running trails in the area. Room was spacious and bathroom even more. Private parking in locked area. AC working perfectly and able to have complete darkness in the room during the night. Would have wanted to stay longer. Hopefully visit again one day.

Tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean villa. Andrea was super helpful and accommodating with our many questions and requirements. Kids loved the pool area - refreshing on a hot summer day and deep enough for diving in.

“Fantastic”
My friends and I had the entire property to ourselves as we booked every room and it was a fantastic stay. The owner Andrea was so hospitable and catered to all of our needs without complaining. The breakfast was great, the pool is large and a great temperature and the rooms are very large. I highly recommend staying here.

Quiet location with a swimming pool. Rooms are comfortable, bathroom was excellent. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but tasty nonetheless. Secure parking behind a gate. Would recommend.

very helpfull and flexible owner, he helps with evrything and is making sure you feel okay! Good rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was really big and lots of choice. The pool was very nice and big! Quite area. Good restaurant nearby.

“Great B&B with nice pool”
Very nice rooms, and overall premise. Seems recently renovated. Pool is large and clean, and the garden has plenty of space, chairs and sofas etc. The breakfast was above what was served on any other place we have been in Italy. Located in walking distance outside a small village, with a restaurant close by.
