“One of our best stays”

Everything was perfect. The room, the wonderful yard, the peaceful place with great view. Martin is the best host, he did anything for our pleasant stay. We hope that we will come back as soon as possible in our next visit to Italy. And efcharisto poli for the greek yoghurts...

Unbeatable panoramic view, the experience of a sunset among the hills and the twinkling of lights on the horizon at night combined with the sound of crickets ! You can't miss this! Fruit trees with natural fruits, terrace with barbecue, spacious room with comfortable bed, impeccably clean bathroom with modern shower, the kind owner provides you with everything you need. What more could you want?

The location is fabulous, the host very kind and the house really clean. A warm welcome was given by the host which is very appreciated. When you're searching for a beautiful place in the hills, this is it.

Very relaxing overlooking the valley. Room was great and the bed was comfy. Nice property with fruit trees. Out in the country side so you do need a car but that was the beauty of the place.

First of all,the location and the view is breathtaking, the house is surrounded by a garden that is well taken care of. Second, the host is really welcoming, helpful, present and discreet at the same time. Third the room was not only perfectly clean but also suited to feel welcome and comfy. Last but not least, a library full of pamphlets and maps of the area with walks, hikes and cicling itineraries...what else could you want???

Very very welcoming and helpful owner of the property. The house is really nice. I could say it is in a typical Tuscan hill (actually it is in a region of Emilia-Romagna).

Everything was perfect! Stanislava was extremely kind and helpful, and she did her best to make our stay comfortable. She had a nice daughter and a very cute and friendly dog (Shetland sheepdog). The view was amazing, and we enjoyed the outdoor area. The room and bathroom was also clean and comfortable. There was a fridge, and our breakfast (bread, jam, juice) was put in the wardrobe, so we could eat anytime we wanted in the morning. There was also coffee machine and boiler.
