Perfect location to be in the middle of everything, but still in a calm place. I really enjoyed the terrace and the view. Sylvia was very helpful and had good tips for getting around and spending the time on the island. Definitely recommend!

The hostest was really nice, she helped us to arrange tranfers and also she gave us information about what to do around the island. She left information inside the apartment about taxi numbers, activities and tours to do in the island.

lovely studio, nice decorations and cozy vibe, especially on the terrace. with some wind you almost felt like you were outside when opening the doors and blinds and there’s a nice view on the boats and the harbour, great value for money

A perfect stay in Boa Vista. Located right in the center of Sal Rei and with an amazing host, definetely you don't need to look for other option! We were working remotly and wifi was good enough for calls in Teams etc. Sylvia is a true host and makes you feel very comfortable and at home. It also has a night guard so you feel completely safe. And the house is incredible beautiful!

A cozy apartment within the fishing village, wich is perfect to have the full local experience. The village is very safe, it also as a security all night in front of the apartment. The locals are kind and very welcoming. Excellent communication with the host, she was very helpful and available and even let us stay for a late check out.

What a wonderful little nest... I don't know how, but Sylvia thought of everything you might need during your stay. I was so surprised to, every time, find what I needed in this apartment : small drying rack, plug adaptor and phone chargers, several small lamps to create a reading corner. As a host myself, I can say that it is very rare to find such perfect rentals which so clearly show how much thought, care and love the host has put into designing them. The location and building is absolutely idyllic. The building is a renovated fisherman's house, and you're located in the heart of local life, not in the touristic part with impersonal hotels, witnessing the fishermen getting busy in the morning, the children playing in the streets, etc. And yet within 5 mins walking you find yourself in the very city center. This is simply a gem and, to me, the best place to stay at in Sal Rei. The studio is also guarded at night by Manuel who's an absolute delight and can help you with anything you might need. The only downside would be that this rental is not owned by a local but by a European lady, hence if you want to support the local economy and local people, this is not for you. Thanks to its location however, this rental seems to offer a perfect balance between local authenticity and modern comfort.
