This is the most beautiful place we stayed at in our long trip in Japan. A traditional Japanese house, we loved to enjoy the details in each room, the small gardens and the atmosphere. The host was very kind and offered us an earlier check-in. The location is good and close to food places (we had a car), but consider that it is close to a busy street. However, in the night, we were not bothered by that. We'd definitely come back!

Beautiful classic Japanese style rooms for a good price. The rooms are besutiful and spacious. The host is super kind and has all kind of facilities for yiu to use. The location is very close to the train station. Would love to come again!

Nice cozy 120 year old building, well renovated into guesthouse. Fully equipped kitchen. Two toilets and one bathroom. Good parking lot next to the Guesthouse.

The location is close to a hot spring and a tasty udon noodle house. Elegant design of old Japanese house, very clean and comfortable. The explanation of the host is simple and warm. We will definitely use it again.

Quite and experience to stay in a beautiful traditional Japanese house (shared). Yumiko-san made us very welcome. Very close to the JR station.

“Perfect Stay in traditional Japanese house”
A perfect stay! This is the best accommodation for our Shikoku trip. The room is decorated with authentic Japanese style and well maintained. The landlord is very kind and have the genuine Otemachi. Also, the hotel is quite near the station.

This is a historic guesthouse that offers modern comforts. I liked the spacious kitchen and tea room with a view of the garden. Everything was clean. The host was very helpful.

Easy to find and close to train station. Very warm welcome. Large traditional Japanese room on first floor with very comfortable beds, table, seats and large windows with river view. Ground floor has 2 bathrooms, access to laundry to wash clothes and fully self contained kitchen to prepare own meals. Family Mart and Lawson 10 minutes walk from accommodation. Very large public onsen 15 minute walk from accommodation with a large restaurant and snacks. Beautiful decor throughout the ryokan, lovely 100 year old plus architecture. Close to river with some water views. Close to a road so a little traffic noise.
