Great location to explore Sainte. The apartment is comfortable and fully equipped. Communication with the owner was very responsive. Highly recommend this accommodation.

“Excellent location and outlook marred by some flaws, and a disceptive reference to free parking”
Great location with a large balcony directly overlooking the river and the old bridge. Large living room and spacious kitchen. Bedroom adequate. Good size shower cubicle. Quiet at night. Electric shutters allowed blocking out of light at night.

“Great Apartment in a Perfect Location.”
The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect to enjoy Saintes, and the balcony was ideal to sit out first thing in the morning and enjoy a coffee and croissant!! The open plan living area was great and perfect for us to enjoy (although we didn't spent too much time in the apartment) Facilities were there to do our own cooking, washing etc but again we did not require them although it was good to have the option if we had wanted to.

“Well located, comfortable apartment , with great views of the river from the balcony.”
The location of the apartment is excellent in the centre of Saintes, close to all the shops and restaurants. We enjoyed lovely views of the Charente river from the balcony. The apartment is beautifully decorated and comfortable. The access was clearly communicated by the owner.

“Wonderful apartment in a lovely spot, and Frederic is a great host!”
This was a fantastic place to stay, and Frederic was a wonderful host. Communication with him was great, and he responded to any questions very quickly. The apartment is beautiful, with everything you need, and the balcony overlooking the river is the icing on the cake. We had a couple of rainy days in Saintes, but could still sit out under cover on the balcony with a wine, and watch the rain on the river. Perfect! Highly recommend!
