Luc and Veronique were wonderful hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Luc shared his knowledge and expertise of the area, recommending visits and helping us get the most out of our stay. They were so kind in booking restaurants for us for the evenings. The breakfasts were absolutely lovely and we loved the homemade jams. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. All in all a fantastic stay.

The baguette, croissantjes, yoghurt, Miel, bramen, frambozen, tea, muesli, were delicious. Very good information about the environment, and what best is What you can visit in Normandië. Owner of bed and breakfast is a very friendly man.

Our hosts were superb, so hospitable, so friendly and had great knowledge of the area. We arrived on the Wednesday and it was my wife’s birthday, they recommended several restaurants for us to check, and when we had chosen, they booked for us. The cooked breakfast each morning was delicious. One outstanding thing - we had booked for dinner on Thursday evening, but due to the motorway closing and local roads being flooded, we could not get something to eat, we arrived back at the gite and they asked was all ok. We told them our tale of woe, and to our eternal gratitude, they made us a delicious supper. The gite itself is beautiful, an 18th century farm, with well appointed rooms and very centrally located. I can’t speak highly enough of everything. I highly recommend you stay here if you get the chance.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hosts with a great knowledge of the area and the D Day landings in particular. Very welcoming and quick to advise on the best places to eat and visit. The Ferme is in a lovely, quiet location yet very near to the village of Set Mere Elise with cafes and restaurants. I would definitely go back.
