We had the most wonderful time in this gem of a house. Floriane was an exceptional host. She met us at the property, showed us around and gave us tips about the island. The house has been finished to an amazingly high standard. Everything was of the highest quality and spotlessly clean. I already smiled when I just walked through the front gate and saw the beautiful flowers and the cute little terrace. Floriane had thought of everything and is obviously proud of her property. We loved the kitchen, we loved the bathroom, we loved the garden, we loved everything and were sad to leave. The bakery, a two minute walk away, was an added bonus and the town centre with lovely restaurants is within walking distance too. Thank you Floriane, for this wonderful stay in your beautiful house.

Our hosts have been very kindly welcoming us into the house, providing useful information and even offering help to find dinner (it was a busy night)... The location is great, near everything (walk or cycling distance) and yet very quiet and private. We had room enough for the 5 of us and could safely park the rented bikes into the patio (there is another private terrasse at the back!). Cleaneliness and equipment were irreprochable! Everything was readiy when we arrived.. Thank you to the nice hosts to go the extra mile...

“Super stay at fabuluous accommodation”

The property was comfortable, spotlessly clean and very well equipped and met all our needs. It's a perfect base from which to explore Ile de Re by bus (bus stop just around the corner beside a very nice boulangerie) or by bike. The private courtyards at back (morning/afternoon sunshine) and front (evening sunshine) were very pleasent to relax in. Sainte-Marie-de-Re (La Noue) is a quiet and charming village with boulangeries, supermarket, small daily markets, bike rental and some very nice restaurants. The friendly hosts were extremely nice, responsive and so helpful which included meeting/dropping us off on arrival/depature in La Rochelle.
