“Great hotel”
Lovely hotel in a great location - however miles from Petit Train du Nord path for walkers - luckily we could get an uber. Bus stop nearby for bus to Prevost station to walk the route. Excellent restaurant for dinner and breakfast and friendly staff.

“Perfect place for a soft weekend reconnecting with your loved one.”
The overall experience, we booked this to reconnect after years and we chose well. The ambiance, the cozyness of the place, the fact that they had put us in a room far from others and respected the request I made for a main floor room. The pool and hot tubs inside and outside was amazing.

We were returning to the property after a 3 night snowmobile trip. The location is accessible to the snowmobile trail. The spa amenities were what made our group choose the location.

“Subpar stay at Excelsior.”
The location of the property is convenient. Some of the amenities, namely the hot tubs, pool and sauna sold us on staying here. Restaurant onsite was handy, also.

“Not clean”
We entered the room and found tissue papers on the floor, and behind and under the bed there was trash, and the bathroom was not clean. When we informed the management, they told us that it had to be written down, and they never came to clean.

The swimming pool was the perfect size and depth for both kids and adults and the water was warm. It's also great that spa services are available on site.
