The bed not comfortable. Had back pain. The guy at the reception had no knowledge of his work.. when approached, he was not spontaneous..he made us feel like we were disturbing him..tying his shoelaces taking all his time.. when asked if drinks were included in the resto voucher he said No no only water. And unlimited wine was actually available at the restaurant...
